PEER-TO-PEER PROJECT

Young "Zweitzeug*innen" in action

Committed pupils from Wolfhelmschule in Olfen have actively become "Zweitzeug*innen" themselves: After 18 Q1 pupils became "Zweitzeug*innen" themselves through workshops with us, they independently gave workshops for the eighth grade pupils in June 2022 using the peer-to-peer principle!

The school reports on this:

"The students felt a little uneasy in the run-up to the project day, as they had to slip into the role of teachers for a day – and for the first time at the Wolfhelmschule in Datteln. Unfamiliar premises, unfamiliar children, different teachers.

But all these worries were unfounded. The project day was a complete success. The role reversal was an instant success for the students and the eighth-graders were interested and open-minded. Many lasting impressions were conveyed and everyone involved is now richer in experience and knowledge."
