ZWEITZEUGEN exhibition for young people

Book or visit: Our new travelling exhibition for young people between the ages of 12 and 16 invites them to get to know life stories, become second witnesses, find their own positions and exchange ideas across generations or with each other.

The interactive and educational exhibition tells the (survival) stories of the Holocaust witnesses Chava Wolf, Henny Brenner, Dr Leon Weintraub and Wolfgang Lauinger.

Their biographies are supplemented by (historical) contextual information in several subject areas, for example continuities of antisemitism. Again and again, a transfer to the present day is created in the living environment of the (young) visitors. Through multimedia content, audio contributions and numerous interactions, the exhibition also invites visitors to become active as second witnesses. The digital learning platform provides in-depth information on the topic of antisemitism and incorporates playful elements that particularly appeal to young people.

In the exhibition, visitors are shown opportunities for action beyond the scope of the exhibition - for an active civil society that stands up against all forms of discrimination.

On request, the exhibition can be accompanied by a programme with different formats for children, young people and adults.
